Problem most upgrading the application

Why i should have upgrade the application if I don't desire update the application and then what is the trouble its should be work just your application doesn't work without upgrading so whats i think at present your visitor thing that we can do take any decisions and public have to follow this thing. Only you accept to call back as well may you loss your customers because correct at present your company is not merely in in the market at that place is many more companies where nosotros can do all the thing which can exist done in your company exhibition so your have to think about this matter. I know this time am upgrading the application simply if its work similar this so i tin install may one client loss is not a big deal for your company but may be possible some people can think how am thinking and so this is the review for you guys from my side am really distressing simply am not happy to use like this.. sorry once again.

Skilful App but bad customer experience

This is ane the best app for A-Z transactions. Just at times it gives us bad impression. Particularly the customer service is quite cumbersome. I mean you demand to call customer service to reset a password, it's like a traditional cyberbanking system from which the earth has moved on. The app has many loop holes. For instances, the app crashes if yous try to filter transactions, if you want to search past clicking the search button, the app closes automatically too . These are some of the many faults . Equally a technical engineer, I empathize that it is not possible to make a duly free software, but y'all tin make the client service ameliorate . Talk to the vendor who has taken the outsourcing contract and inquire the employees to be polite to the customers. Equally Republic of india is moving on from the Chinese Products, information technology is a heavenly feeling to use PayTm and it is one of the best . Just needs some improvement. Only if y'all take your business concern and customers for granted, it'due south not a proficient way . We have seen billion dollars companies like Nokia, Kodak, HMT who were lions in their era only tin't even he'd out now . And then please consider this and piece of work on it .
